Boston SoftDesign Joins Atlassian’s Solution Partner Program

Boston SoftDesign, an IT services provider based in Newton, MA, has joined the Atlassian Solution Partner Program, expanding its capabilities in Jira and Atlassian implementations.

Newton, Mass.—Boston SoftDesign (BSD), an IT Services company with more than 25 years of expertise in software consulting and custom development, has joined Atlassian’s Solution Partner Program as a Silver Partner.

By forming this relationship with Atlassian, a leading provider of team collaboration and productivity software, BSD can provide a higher level of support for customers using the platform. The relationship enables BSD to act as advisors, helping customers implement and take advantage of the full power of Atlassian tools and capabilities, including workflows, automations, and customizations.

As a Silver Partner in Atlassian’s Partner Program, Boston SoftDesign is recognized as a niche consulting company with particular specializations. Members at this level can provide knowledge about Atlassian products and offer services including administration, end-to-end implementation, and cloud migrations.

Atlassian’s Jira is known for being a flexible and powerful task management and project management tool that benefits from a more established governance. This deepened relationship with Atlassian empowers BSD to help customers organize and standardize their approach to Jira from the very beginning and scale to meet their needs.
