Flexible Models for Partner Relationships
Partners may choose to limit direct client
contact with BSD. In this model the partner or
one of his/her staff is the liaison or conduit
for all communication and interaction between
the client and BSD.
Alternatively partners may
choose to allow limited client contact. Examples
might include after-hours work, Sev 1 database
issues which require immediate response or when
BSD has intimate knowledge of complicated
issues.
BSD assigns a project manager
to each partner. The PM manages the
relationship, monitors the quality of BSD’s
services 24x7 and quickly escalates issues when
required.
Work is performed under the
partner’s masthead. Unless otherwise requested,
BSD represents itself as an extension of the
partner’s organization. Dedicated VOIP lines are
available and answered with the partner’s
company name.
BSD Only Provides Services To Partners.
End-user Inquiries Are Referred To BSD Partners.
